Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 425°F. Bring a #large pot{} of salted water to a boil. Wash and dry produce.

In a #medium bowl{}, combine @ground beef{12%oz}, @panko breadcrumbs{2%tbsp}, half the @scallions{3%unit} (greens), half the @ketchup{2%tbsp}, 1%tbsp water, juice from one lemon wedge, @salt{½%tsp}, and @black pepper{¼%tsp}. Mix until just combined.

Divide mixture into equal portions and roll into meatballs. Place on a #baking sheet{}. Roast on top rack until browned and cooked through ~{15%minutes}.

Once water is boiling, add @spaghetti{8%oz} to pot. Cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente ~{10%minutes}. Reserve 1%cup pasta cooking water, then drain.

Heat a drizzle of @cooking oil{1%tsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add @garlic{2%cloves} (minced), scallion whites, and half the zest from @lemon{1%unit}; cook, stirring, until fragrant ~{45%seconds}.

Add drained spaghetti and meatballs to pan with sauce; toss to coat. If needed, stir in reserved pasta cooking water a splash at a time until everything is coated in a creamy sauce.

While pasta cooks, fry @bacon{3%slices} in a #small skillet{} over medium heat until crisp ~{5%minutes}. Drain on paper towels and chop.

Divide pasta between bowls. Top with remaining scallion greens, bacon, lemon wedges, and additional Tuscan seasoning. Serve immediately.
